2008 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

It’s almost here! Hard to believe another year has passed, but it’s time to swamp the city and laugh as much as you can.

Unfortunately, we won’t be publishing for the festival this year. The past twelve months have seen us (editors Tim Norton & Lefa Singleton) adventuring on far distant shores… well, Western Australia anyway. It’s been a challenging year for us creatively with lots of exciting projects. It will be strange to be far away from all the action for a full festival. We recommend you head to the ever-amazing staff in the information booth at the Melbourne Town Hall for recommendations and the low down on what’s going on.

Don’t forget to head over to Trade’s Hall, where the collection of shows is easily the best you will find in one spot. It’s a great venue with plenty to explore.

In the meantime, we wish you a merry festival and look forward to updating you on new Melbourne projects soon.
